Rutgers women's soccer and 9 other teams clinch a play off spot today.The regular season has ended in the Big East conference and the top teams has earned a spot in the Big East Conference Playoffs.On October 29, Connecticut will play way at Villanova and South Florida will entertain Depaul in the first round. All four teams are playing for a berth in the Quarter finals.On November 1st, Notre Dame will hosts the winner of the Depaul/South Florida game.Georgetown plays away at Saint Johns,Rutgers welcomes West Virginia and Marquette will entertain the winner of the Connecticut/Villanova game.
Several teams played their final game of the 2009 soccer season earlier today.Pittsburgh, Providence College and Syracuse all ended their season today. Other teams in the Big East Conference who ended their game today include Cincinnati, Seton Hall and the disappointing Louisville.
